adding Relay Conference Captioning (RCC) to its audio conferencing
services, giving the deaf and hard-of-hearing a voice on conference
calls. Participants who select the RCC option see the rest of the
groups comments as they appear on their computer screen and
a live captioner takes the comments sent from the RCC
participants and reads them to the group. The service is available
with all of Communiqués audio offerings.
