Conferencing Adds Event Registration Service
New Tool Helps Customers Manage Attendance for Larger Events
Reston,
VA, (March 17, 2003) Communiqué Conferencing (www.communiqueconferencing.com),
a premiere Phone and Web Conferencing provider, today announced
that the company began offering Event Preregistration services available
through its online scheduling tool.
The
service helps customers streamline event invitation and pre-registration

information to capture. Upon registration, each invitee receives
an e-mail with instructions to join the phone or Web event. Detailed
reporting is available in Microsoft® Excel format.

automate managing event invitations and preregistration," said
Bill Brobst, VP of Public Relations for Communiqué Conferencing.
"We work with our customers, from start to finish, allowing
them to focus on content and objectives of their meeting instead
of the administrative details."
"Being
able to work with Communiqué Conferencing's Event Services
team to coordinate our seminars has saved us valuable time and expense,"
said Curtis McKay, Vice President, Research Financial Strategies.
"We're working on our fifth event now, thanks to their professionalism
